Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit—that's why you can return your purchased handbag within 14 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

The product must show no signs of use—no scratches, creases, stains, or perfume scents.
The handbag must be complete and carefully packaged—exactly as you received it.
If any damage or signs of use are found, the refund amount may be reduced, about which we will inform you via email.

📦 How to Prepare Your Return

1. Secure the handbag

Gently fold the handbag and place it in the included dust bag.
Then, place the entire item in the original packaging.
Finally, put it in a box to prevent it from shifting during transport.

2. Include the return form

You can print the form from our website or write it out by hand. The template is available in the "Forms" section of our store.
Place the form inside the box, on top of the product.

3. Ship the parcel to:
